Payment
Payment for classes is made for the coming month according to the number and time of classes. The deadline for payment is one day before the start of the first lesson.
Lesson Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or rescheduling is possible at least 24 hours before the start of the lesson by text message in any messenger. If a lesson is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, the lesson will be charged. This rule applies to all unforeseen situations as well. If we agreed on a lesson, but you did not manage to pay on time, this does not mean that the lesson is automatically canceled and the 24-hour cancellation policy ceases to apply.
If a lesson is canceled by the teacher, no fee will be charged for that lesson and a rescheduling of the lesson will be offered where possible.
Recommendations for the student
Provide a distraction-free practice space for the duration of the lesson.
Provide access to a stable Internet connection. Fully charge the device through which the lesson will be conducted. Place the camera in such a position that your arms and body are visible (from the side, at human height, a meter from the instrument).
Constantly practice, in accordance with the teacher’s recommendations, to achieve results.
Supervise practical classes and provide support during practice (for parents of children).
Demonstrate regular attendance and punctuality in class
Change to and from daylight saving time
Some countries in the world switch to summer time, thereby changing the time twice a year. Taking this factor into account, the schedule is selected as convenient as possible for both parties. But perhaps minor changes in the schedule.
About price increases
The cost of classes may change due to economic factors, but no more than once a year. The price increase will be notified 14 days before the new price takes effect.
Use of photo, video and audio materials
I reserve the right to record video, audio, photos and other materials of my students. I can use all these materials without any restrictions on social networks: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube; on personal and other sites without any restrictions and additional permissions for advertising purposes.
If this point is strictly unacceptable for you, I ask you to indicate your preferences regarding video and photo recording during the first lesson.
